Welcome to Vougique. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Products & Services
Vougique provides custom-designed apparel using print-on-demand technology with trustworthy Printify supplier. Vougique is operating on drop shipping business model. Each product is made-to-order, so slight variations may occur between the design displayed on the website and the final product you receive. Every product on our store is in new condition.
2. Order Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Production typically takes 2-5 business days, followed by shipping. Estimated shipping times within the European Union are 5-15 business days.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Currency: All prices are displayed in the local currency of the country the consumer purchases from and include applicable taxes.
- Payment Methods: We accept the following methods of payment - Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Shop Pay, and Union Pay. All payments are securely processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Vougique to charge your selected payment method through Stripe. For more details, see Stripe’s Terms of Service.
4. EU Cooling-off Period
Under EU law, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for unused, non-custom items. This right does not apply to custom-made products that are created specifically to your order. As we operate on print-on-demand business model, our products are considered as custom items, therefore our items are not eligible for 14 days cooling-off period. 5. Limitation of Liability
Vougique is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the value of the products purchased from us. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you have any disputes with Vougique regarding our Terms of Service, we encourage you to contact our support team at support@vougique.com for assistance. Any unresolved disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with EU law. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for further assistance.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including designs, text, images, and logos displayed on Vougique.com, are the intellectual property of Vougique or our licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials is prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. Guarantee
All products that are published on Vougique have 2 year warranty in EU and Northern Ireland as per Directive 1999/44/EC. If you receive a defective/damaged item, submit proof (photos) within 14 days of receiving it. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval. 9. User Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the purchase process.
- Payment Authorization: By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.
